Book signing and talk by Geir and Kate Jordahl on December 7 at Foothill College
"Searching for True North," a book of photographs and poetry has been published by Modernbook Gallery, Palo Alto and its debut will be at Foothill College on Friday, December 7th at 7 pm in Building 6100, Room 6107.
Geir Jordahl, photographer, and Photo Instructor/Interim Dean Kate Jordahl, editor, will share the adventure of making this photographic book including the images, stories and challenges. There will be refreshments, tours of the photo building and a book signing. Searching for True North is a selection of images from 30 years of Geir Jordahl's photographic work. It includes an Introduction by Margaretta K. Mitchell, Poetry by Rolf Jacobson, Translations by Roger Greenwald and Afterword by Karen Kienzle, de Saisset Museum. Join us

Brew and Book in Hayward on December 12th
Start with a brew at the Bistro while Geir and Kate tell more tales of the making of "Searching for True North" then slip next door to our local book store, the Book Shop, to buy your own copy. See you there!!
