So I have been following (and I don't think of myself as a follower) weightwatchers since February - 23 lbs lost - 1.1 per week...more I feel thinner and healthier. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had not stopped and changed my eating habits. It is not always easy - and despite my efforts, I will need more exercise continue to lose.
It is unsettling that what they calculate to lose, only lets me stay pretty stable at this point...
Points Point Point. I count them. I earn them by walking. ah well...
